§1 Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Business apply to all business relationships between customers and ELTAG GmbH that are conducted via the Online Shop.

§2 Prices

The prices displayed in the online shop are binding. You will receive the legal value added tax. 

For deliveries to Switzerland this is 8.1% of the value of goods, for deliveries to the EU this is 20%, i.e. German VAT is charged. approach applies. 

For deliveries outside the EU and Switzerland, no VAT is charged, the goods are dispatched with customs declaration. 

Depending on the recipient country, the corresponding customs duties and goods import tax rates apply. The payment of these duties and taxes is the responsibility of the buyer.

§4 Contract and conclusion of purchase

When the customer completes an order process and sends one or more order(s) to HSB-Weibel AG, a contractual relationship exists between HSB-Weibel AG and the customer in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). 

HSB-Weibel AG, as well as the customer, may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons. A declaration of withdrawal must be made within 2 working days of the order; this can also be made expressly by email.

§5 Notification of defects

The buyer can make a claim for defects immediately after receipt of the goods. HSB-Weibel AG undertakes to replace defective goods within a reasonable period of time or to reimburse the Purchaser for the purchase price. The Buyer must return the defective goods to HSB-Weibel AG in unused condition.

 

§6 Delivery

Depending on the delivery address in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, this will take place within 20 working days of receipt of the order. For international deliveries, shipping may take longer. 

 

§7 Payment

This is done as requested in the web shop. Goods that have not been paid for belong to HSB-Weibel AG until full payment has been received. Advance payment in the e-shop via offered credit cards or advance payment.

 

§8 Data protection

All data required for the order will be stored by us and treated confidentially. These data will not be made available to any third party. 

The data of the means of payment are transmitted encrypted and NOT stored. 

The customer can request the deletion of his data at any time upon simple request, which will then be immediately confirmed by HSB-Weibel AG.

§9 Place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, with jurisdiction in Balgach.
